Job Title: Phlebotomist III - Floater

Locations: 1098 Farmington Ave, Bristol CT 06010

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 10:30am / Rotating Saturday 7:00am - 12:00pm

Starting Pay Rate: Starting at $20.24 (Based on experience) + Full Benefits

As a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III) , you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
* Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites.
* Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation.
* Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
* Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
* 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections.
* Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
* 2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
* Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
