DPS is now hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for a Cardiology Clinic to float between Shenandoah, Conroe and Huntsville, TX. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.

Certified Medical Assistant Floater Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Shenandoah, Conroe and Huntsville, TX

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/ Hourly + (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

* Performs laboratory tests, vitals and EKGs, among other patient care procedures.
* Collect and chart vitals, patient history, and other screening.
* Authorize prescription refills.
* Instruct patients regarding medications and diet.
* Communicate unexpected wait times to patients.

Education Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Certified Medical Assistant

Job Requirements:

* 2+ years medical assistant experience required.
* Previous experience in cardiology environment preferred.
* Experience in performing EKGs required.
